All orders placed online will be processed within 1-2 working days. Once the order has been processed the product should arrive within 1 - 3 working days depending on your location and the size of the product. For rural addresses, delivery may take a couple days longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. What exactly happens after ordering?
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Once Payment has been received we will dispatch the goods. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know goods have been dispatched with a courier tracking number. Usually direct debit transfers will be received over night. Cash payments will require you to come down and see the friendly team, we will send you a confirmation email that the goods are ready for collection.
Do I receive the invoice?
A GST invoice will be issued with every transaction.
