* 1 Years for DeWalt Tools & 1 Year on Batteries and Chargers
* 1 Years for Makita Tools & 1 year on Batteries and Chargers
* 1 Years on Milwaukee Tools & 1 years on Batteries and Chargers

 

Warranty Periods and Special Conditions

 

Big Boy Tools warranty covers a wide range of faulty or defected products.

 

Please note, our warranty does not cover the following :

 

Previously repaired products, products altered by a third party, damaged products due to misuse, accidentally damaged products, improper maintenance products, or products influenced by external factors such as water or fire.

 

The warranty needs to be submitted by the original purchaser and a copy of the original tax invoice will need to be provided upon submission. Please contact Big Boy Tools through our online portal via our website and receive authorization from us before you email and return over the items.
 

Should any products are deemed to be faulty or defective.

 

We will either:

 

1. Provide a full repair on the faulty or defected product using parts that are of an equivalent standard, the parts can be completely new or refurbished.

 

2. Provide a replacement of the product that is identical, or in equivalent standard in terms of conditions, performance, and reliability of the original product.

 

3.Products will not be accepted for return if they have been used. The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost.        Please note that we will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, there is a charge of 10% restocking fee. Ensure that you choose your products carefully and make sure that they are compatible with your requirements.

4.If the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, it will not be covered under warrantyyou won’t be eligible for repair or replacement.
